姜黄为姜科植物姜黄的干燥根茎。姜黄主要生长于亚洲地区的印度、缅甸、印尼、中国南部、中国台湾与日本等地。这些地区阳光充足，四季高温多雨，较适于姜黄生长。
Turmeric (Curcuma longa L) is Zingiberaceae with turmeric plant’s dryrhizome.Turmeric has been growing in India, Myanmar, southern China, Taiwan and Japan sulfur ball Island, Kagoshima and other places in the Asian region. These areas have ample sunshine, high temperatures, rainy seasons, very suitable for turmeric’s growth.

产品功效
1）具有延缓衰老的作用。姜黄素具有很强的抗氧化作用，以*体内有害的自由基，对OH自由基的*率可达69%。姜黄素能提高肝组织均浆中多种抗氧化酶的活性，能使SOD、过氧化氢酶和谷光甘肽过氧化酶的活性分别提高约20%；姜黄素对胸、心、肾、脾等组织都有明显的抗氧化作用，使过氧化脂质（LPO）含量降低，从而延缓组织的老化。
Curcumin has strong antioxidant capacity for retarding aging. It caneliminateharmful free radical inside human body. The eliminating rate for OH free radical can achieve 69%. Curcumin can both improve a lot of antioxidases’ activity of hepatic tissue plasm and increase the activity of SOD, catalase or GuGuangGan peptide peroxidase respectively to around 20%; curcumin has obvious antioxidant function for the tissues of chest, heart, kidney, spleen etc, reducing the content of lipid peroxidation (LPO), so that the tissues’ aging can be retarded.
